Our company has been in business since March 2018, and we became a corporation in 2022 and started full-time in June 2022. Our team has years of industry experience and has completed various successful projects in the Canyon Country area. We are a more personalized yard service willing to negotiate within reason. We see the objective through the customer's eyes and make it feel like a personal investment, whether it is maintenance or landscape. We try our best to work around a budget that fits our criteria and have customized monthly plans with different chemicals, nutrients, and sod programs that are specialized to each customer. We have a schedule that has been followed for over two years and are always looking to expand in your area to offer better prices.
Cal Land specializes in landscaping, concrete services, and hardscaping. Generally speaking, we like asking customers if they've seen the design they want at a mall, shopping center, neighbor's home, or anywhere so we can recreate it for them. We do concrete, pavers, planter walls, decorative walls, fire pits, and barbecues. If it's outside, we can build it, except for pools. We have a customizable maintenance service we can do weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every six weeks, or quarterly. We try our best to fit the customer's needs and budget into our maintenance cost and can offer better prices if we can work with three or more people on your block; generally speaking, we can knock $20-40 off when we have three or more in the area.
We specialize in lawn care services like a three-month or two-month fertilizing service. We set down appropriate fertilizer depending on the season: January, April, July, and October or January, March, May, July, September, and November.
A perk of joining the fertilizer list is we like to check the sprinklers after fertilizing and get the fertilizer soaked in, ensuring the lawns have proper coverage. While the cost of checking sprinklers and fertilizers is around $40-45 per bag now, its included with our fertilizing service price.
